Philippe Percheron has been working in the area of portfolio-management for 22 years . Main part of his professional career is linked to Crédit Agricole, where he had been working since 1992, at first as a managing director responsible for managing a team of two bond portfolio managers and assets of €310m, a specialist in institutional investor asset management and subsequently since 2005 as a Chief Investment Officer at NH-CA, the Korean joint venture between NACF 60% and Amundi 40%. In April 2010 Philippe has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer at IKS.

Tomáš Lipový has been working in the area of portfolio-management for 16 years . Main part of his professional career is linked with Komerční banka and IKS KB, where he has been permanently working since 2002, at first as a portfolio-manager and since 2007 to June 2009 as a head of department responsible for individual asset management of client portfolios. Since July 2009, Tomáš Lipový has moved to a position of a senior portfolio manager responsible for mutual funds .

Tomáš Lipový graduated from VŠE in Prague, Faculty of Economics. He has attended   many professional courses and internships lead by leading investment houses in London, Paris and New York in the course of his career. During nineties, he acted in managements of Czech privatized companies. Tomáš Lipový is married and has one son.
