INFO DUTIES MUTUAL FUNDS

Investments in funds are regulated in several ways. The basic one is the Law no. 189/2004 Coll., on Collective investment. Its full wording may be found here .

The supervision over the capital market is ensured by the CNB .

IKS is one of the founding members of the Association of Funds and Asset Management of the Czech Republic , which associates investment companies that committed to adhere to the Association’s By-Laws, Code of Ethics that regulate activities of the investment companies. Furthermore, the company adheres to the rules of the Prague Stock Exchange .

Komerční banka, a.s. serves as the custodian for IKS funds.

The obligatory published information may be found in the monthly, weekly, and daily information obligation and also in the section Press Center, where you will find annual and semiannual reports. Information concerning NAV and prices of individual funds are then stated in the section Funds – Daily Values.
